1. About OFFICIO
OFFICIO ("we," "our," or "us") is a digital office platform operated by ITGI (itgi.co.kr), Seoul, Republic of Korea. OFFICIO provides AI-assisted services including digital business cards (Card), AI-generated Korean administrative documents (Forms), and an AI employee subscription service (DONE).
By accessing or using OFFICIO, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Card — Free digital business card with QR code and vCard download. No payment required.
Forms — AI-assisted preparation of Korean administrative documents. Charged per document upon download. Documents are generated for informational purposes. Please verify with relevant authorities before official submission.
DONE — Monthly AI employee subscription service. Provides ongoing AI assistance, task tracking, and proactive follow-ups for your business operations.
3. Payments & Billing
By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. OFFICIO does not store payment card information.
- Forms: charged at the time of document download
- DONE subscription: billed monthly, recurring until cancelled
- All prices displayed include applicable taxes where required by law
4. Cancellation
DONE subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle unless requested within 30 days of initial purchase (see Refund Policy).
5. Intellectual Property
Documents generated through Forms are created based on your input and are provided for your personal or business use. OFFICIO retains no ownership claim over documents you create. OFFICIO's platform, design, and underlying AI systems remain the intellectual property of ITGI.
6. Limitations
OFFICIO provides AI-generated content as a convenience tool. We do not provide legal, tax, or professional advice. Documents generated through Forms should be reviewed before use. OFFICIO is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
