OFFICIO is operated by ITGI, Seoul, Republic of Korea. We provide digital office tools including AI-generated documents and an AI employee service. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

- Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request
- Document content: Retained for 12 months to enable re-download, then deleted
- Payment records: Retained for 5 years as required by Korean tax law
- Usage logs: Anonymized after 90 days

Under Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for processing

7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
